The "gentleman" from perfect home theater that says I owe him $1100.00 Should probably update the information he has mislead people with....oh wait...he can't!!!  There is no money owed and the charges he is referring to were shipping charges that he said he paid to UPS at their demand.  I could not understand for the life of me why he would pay them and then send me a bill.  The charges were collect to my UPS account.  My rates are much better than his...due to the fact perfect home theater inflates the prices of freight by almost 65%.  I wonder why I didn't agree to just pay him and thank him????

It is a shame that I have to write this review. Jeff Asherbranner has done nothing but deliver over 30 machines to my company over the past 2 1/2 years, serviced them at all hours of the night, weekends, holidays, taken the time to demo the product in person to my potential customers and he is always available to help. I am buying this product and will continue to buy this product because I know he will take care of my customers and deliver on his promises.

My name is Clayton and I am a provider of very high end audio video equipment. I am shocked that Jeff or Xtream Media have any legitimate complaints against him or his product. The product works! I don't know how anyone could say the product is fraudulent. Where does this come from? True statements belong on these types of forums, not witch hunts based on information that does not allow for both sides of the argument. I will continue to quote this product into my jobs and feel very confident Jeff Asherbranner will continue to deliver the service and product he has in the past.

I don't know the circumstances in which other people found themselves in with Jeff or his company. I have purchased 7 units from Xtream over the past 3 years and have had great customer service from everyone at this company including Jeff. I have a company in Colorado and despise the fact anyone can write anything they want true or not and don't have to answer for it. I will continue to buy products from this company and enjoy the benefits of using this product.
